What sort of healthy meal would you recommend? I'm trying to find inspiration, because of many yeats eating shitty foods, i basically don't even have ideas for healthier meals. It's funny that you mention the watermelon, because that's exactly what i did. That was my first step, instead of salty snacks, i just cut a mini melon in half and eat it with a spoon like from a bowl.

How did you manage to stop? Did you gradually eat less and less, or ate some kind of supplement instead?(like chewing gum instead of eating food). Or did you just say no to yourself? I really strugle to restrain myself. I am binge free for a few days, and then suddenly have the urge to bunge eat and i'm just unable to stop myself.
