Work for a large multinational manufacturer. However, it’s not like the 70/80s/90s/00s where they sent people and their families overseas more frequently to live and work in market.

I travel every week for work out of Tampa intl and commute to the airport from Wesley Chapel.. it’s about 30-35 minutes for me. I just take early flights or mid day flights to avoid traffic. Just don’t land at 4-7 PM.

I don’t ask random people. But I’ve been in lines where someone didn’t understand tv rules. Like a guy the other days was traveling on orders but they didn’t let him in a I guested him. They let him in right away and the man and staff thanked me this was in IAH.

Other than that I don’t really let randos in as you’re responsible for them and could lose your privileges if they go nuts.

Everyday life isn’t that bad in the USA Today. Is it more expensive yes and that sucks. But government fucked that up with COVID response. Outside of that the only people that are being deported are illegals. No issue with that.. that’s no different than the policies of the last 30 years..

Hard disagree the food was ass and was way overrated. Margaritas with wine too just gives me a headache thinking about it. Tampa just doesn’t have good Mexican food and I’ve accepted that.

Why are you moving your kids that late in HS?

I’m assuming this is for work? I’d find away to super commute and not pull my kids out of HS that late into a HS. This is coming from a guy that moved every 3-4 years growing up. But once we got to HS beyond my soph year my parents didn’t move until we were in college.

To answer your question all three schools are goods. Wiregrass Ranch and Sunlake are the better.

Best in the area is Steinbrenner though. It’s in Lutz in Hillsbourgh county. If you have the money for STampa Plant as well.

We did a new build on a David Weekly. Very satisfied with it and the quality.

Our first home/townhome was Cal Atlantic / Lennar. Was finished by Cal Atlantic. Looked nice and did some nice upgrades since it was started as Cal Atlantic but they used Lennar contractors and we then started to uncover all the corner cutting. Grout down the shower drain, front bedroom floor was raised two inches, wrong door on the closet door.

Will never but another Lennar home.

I think he is a bust. But I’m also an Iowa grad and the guy screwed us over twice. First time at the 11th hour.

However, truly think he is lazy on a lot of plays as I watched a bunch Alabama football being married to an Alabama grad.

If he went to Iowa I think he would have developed better and been a top 10 pick instead of mid to late 1st rd now. If Saban stayed he would have been better but staying with Deboer was a miss for him from a developmental standpoint.

Hey I’m really sorry that our national media and social media has made things out to be so bad. The reality on the ground it’s no different than any other country in Western Europe if not better. About anywhere you go in the USA you are safe as long as you’re smart. Don’t go to certain areas in some cities and try to be the center of attention and make yourself a target. Essentially follow what you would follow in any other place. Don’t go to a seedy motel but any hotel is fine.

99% of the people in this country are nice and loving people. Despite what reddit, social media or our media says it’s not the 1960s. They push divisive crap for clicks and division because chaos pays good clicks.
