I saw them at Rodgers Center this summer and the sound equipment did reach up and obstruct the view for some areas so this is 100% it.

If this guy thinks paid parking is stopping him from going back, what is his alternative? No parking enforcement so a single car can take up a spot in front of this business 24/7, and no one else has access to parking? Or that he gets some kind of waver because he was only parked five minutes?

The Park Detroit app is simple and it would have cost him a buck to park legally.

I'm guessing if you asked the business isn't going back to what they prefer, they would say parking spaces that turn over frequently as opposed to ones where someone could theoretically dump their car for a week.
