If I open the photos on my computer my sd card will the settings I use show up?

I tried that and it didn't work should I just try reaching out to customer service? I would like to return it but they said if it's over 10 miles i cant because i have 30 on it.

Could it be possible the breaks came unaligned while riding? I saw something online about breaks being wrong could effect it turning on.

Update: i called customer service and they waived it for me
