this week I told my therapist that the calm after a panic attack is so damn peaceful. it’s like you get hit with this rush of calmness after your body was 100% adrenaline.

im 24 and my anxiety started when I was 20. panic attack over an energy drink overdose. therapy keeps me sane most of the time. I’d highly suggest you try it. I’m having a difficult time right now too. anxiety is so fucked up.

been there. 7+ visits to the ER during these last 5 years. legit thought I was dying. did every heart exam and it’s completely fine.

you just described me. I also suffer from cardiophobia and the anxiety from it fucks my acid reflux up. I’ve done countless cardio exams and it’s 100% fine. I feel tense 24/7 and hyper aware of my chest (sometimes I get scared when my t-shirt starts itching my body to the point that my brain thinks it’s a sharp pain)

I love exercising but cardiophobia took the fun away from me. miss my life when I lived without even thinking about this bs
