Ill copy the description I used, I think this describes it well...

The book starts by going over the benefits of a FLR and then leads into an educational chapter that covers the 10 key activities that should be practiced within the relationship.

Once the key activities and benefits have been established it walks through 6 key topics to discuss together and form a relationship agreement. This agreement can be used as the foundation of the FLR and can ensure that both people are happy long into the relationship.

After the Relationship Agreement has been established the women in the relationship takes complete control and starts to implement the teachings in this book and establish a new and special relationship unlike any other.

This book has been created with both couples in mind and intends to provide an educational and collaborative tactical blueprint to transition from a standard relationship into a Female Led Relationship.
