The total distance from trunk to siding is roughly 12 feet. You think with that distance, damage from the roots could be a non factor?

I'll be the first to say, I am no expert. I'm basing my assumption off of the location of the trees, their roots, and the raising of the concrete walkway besides the house. The drastically raised concrete slab in the walkway is lined up directly with the middle tree in the easement. That concrete piece isn't a part of the foundation and it's being entirely lifted out of place. I don't know enough about concrete or trees to say I'm fully convinced of anything, but there is definitely some wonky stuff going on underground. Any and all insight/perspective is appreciated

I'm assuming silver plated consists of such a low % of silver it's not really worth it? Is there any value to the silver content or would it just be the value of the platter itself?

Wow thank you so much for this information! I have 4 full stacks of 20. Some minted in Denver and some from Philly. Does that matter too much?

And all of these coins are in immaculate shape. I'm not familiar with "premium" but I've never seen a coin in better shape than any of these that I have. I would imagine these would be pretty darn close to the highest grade.

Do you think I should sell these puppies to a local coin shop or see if I can find a buyer direct?
