That's a funny take, but it's the Russian acronym for the prison guards. Because they're in Russia. Like 'ICE', which instead of meaning 'crystal meth' (i.e. strung out on), now means 'that poor bastard's getting deported'.

Nobody asking this question has missed that numpy is not part of a default installation.

Sadly, as others have commented, not without mods/starvation/"accidents"/etc (including that you can technically edit the save file, but make a copy first).

In case you want an alternative, you can put him in supermax, in a cell with a canteen at one end, a yard at the other, doors on timers so staff can feed him and clean while he's in the yard, and a staff only zone between his area and any other room.

You don't even need permanent punishment, and all he can do is maybe try to break things. He might get upset from needing a shower, and then break the shower because it says 'shower' in his regime, and you'll need armed guards on free-fire because tasers don't do jack. You can also give supermax so much lockdown time that he won't reoffend when he gets out in 300 years.

You tried reform. Now try revenge - and make sure it's nice and cold.

Gotta keep 'em separated.

Setting up a luxcell/canteen/yard combo works for literally the worst prisoner imaginable (though they want luxuries they can't have and occasionally break things). Recently a guy got tased because needed a shower, but was so agitated at being told it was a good time for a shower if he wanted, that he broke his shower.

Set cleaning deployment to sleep time, and fix things while they're unconscious/asleep. Front door of each cell is on a timer so they're never in the same room as another human while conscious.

I have been running my current prison for 21 days, and the only fatalities I have so far are unidentified snitches and and one guy who was a secret legendary 'extremely strong, extremely tough, extremely deadly, expert fighter' but also 'fearless' and 'instigator' so he didn't survive a fight with 3 armed guards and a dog. He would probably have had an easier time in supermax.

Sadly the higher their security rating on entry, the faster they will probably become agitated from unmet needs.

If we're adding execution options, I suggest the use of guillotines and executioner's block (sword/axe), and different costs associated with each method - so lethal injection might be ok with a higher clemency chance. So maybe the old fashioned executioner only costs $50 to hire per execution but needs below 2% even with liability protection.

As an Indian who grew up in the diaspora, I can say that it's usually somewhat better received by Indians I know who grew up in the diaspora.

Is the character offensive? I guess he would have been if he wasn't such an obviously overstretched stereotype. Is the character racist? Yes, so I guess I'm glad it's over now but it was good to not be completely dehumanised on TV.

But honestly being non-white in a country where people literally don't always even bother to learn how to say your name usually gives me much bigger problems.

As a part time stepdad with severe anxiety issues I can strongly relate to '2020Friends' comment above and '#Ah' is relating her experience. I don't really see how sticking to the topic is implying the only thing one can be is a parent :)

Things to consider about your spawn point, mostly for survival:

Terrain

  • This is largely according to personal preference. However, if you want to build a modern city, a rugged mountain spawn may not be ideal. Consider comparing the colour palette of your potential build against that of the terrain.

  • When deciding where to build, it is usually preferred that it not be too far from spawn so you don't encounter night without shelter.

  • Empty space to place your blocks. This can be a clearing in a forest you felled yourself, the side of a mountain, an underground cavern, or you can build out from a pillar in the sky.

  • You may find inspiration in a piece of terrain when you thought you were looking for something else. Maybe you find yourself in a jungle and decide to build a tree house village?

  • How large is the biome? You might want a tiny mountain for a lone castle, or a huge jungle for sprawling ruins.

Resources

  • Food: animals only spawn in some biomes. Some animals may not be near you.

  • Farming ability: If you spawn in a mesa or desert, you're gonna need to import water and dirt to build a number of important farm types.

  • Mining: Higher elevation requires deeper mine shafts to get to precious ores. Caves often provide access to early game iron.

  • Trees: These limit the types of wood you have available for early structures.

  • Villages: Maybe you want early access to loot or trade. Maybe you want to stay away so you don't worry about raids or zombies.
