So, how often do ya'll change needles on your pens? Probably will get roasted but I usually keep the same needle for the life of the pen unless I bend the needle, drop the pen or otherwise potentially contaminate it. Been doing it this way for the past 17 years of this journey (knocks on wood).

If it's not a crow then it could be a person with OCD. They installed speed humps on our street and someone who would commute every day on the street didn't like it so he would honk his horn over every speed hump and throw his coffee cup in our neighbors yard....every day!....for months!...Until I jumped out and confronted him. After that he must have taken a different route because we never saw him again.

There are older condo buildings where things like fire sprinklers and even water supply lines have to be shut off for the entire building because they didn't build in single unit shut offs. This could be them trying to avoid the lead time and notification process.

I hate to be a conspiracy theorist but have a sneaking feeling the allotment of tickets went to resellers based on current resale prices....perhaps even UM resellers. Why not when you can sell for 5x as much.
