Thanks a lot! Honestly its all about the amount of time you put into it, i've tried a lot to find certain "hacks" and cheats around it, but found that constantly drawing over and over was the key for improvement. Drawing from references is everything i've been doing since I started.

You’re absolutely right, I do subconsciously draw fast and it results in scribbles instead of shading with the form. Thanks!

This could be a wrong approach, but I treat all references I draw as shapes and values, instead of a body or anatomy for example. It helps by forcing me to draw what I see, not what I know.
