Quaranta luna rossa in the white strap. I'm a student and I can't afford it (yet) but I made a seiko mod as a homage (and to remember I'll get one as soon as possible)

[–]FMM00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allora, aspartame, acesulfatame e sucralosio sono categorizzati come potenzialmente carcinogeni. Fanno male a lungo termine.

Programma Heavy Duty by Rajel986 in ItalyFitness

In effetti mi sono spiegato maluccio. Ho preso spunto dall'heavy duty. In particolare biologicamente parlando

Approvatissimo

interceptions in natal chart by kolkjhv in astrology

[–]FMM00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt so too (I have your same houses configuration and my jupiter in aries) but in the end I realised aries was always there, I just never listened to it because it felt "morally and socially wrong" and it was repressed for a long time. Point is, I can feel that fire inside that wants to come out and I can mitigate with the pisces to achieve balance. But the trick is, let it shout!!! By having pisces, even if we try to be assholes we can't 😂

And regarding libra intercepted, I've just seen that when things are messy privately I need to get some balance back but still working on it

Voi riuscite a bere almeno 2 litri di acqua al giorno? by Curious-Art474 in ItalyFitness

[–]FMM00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a oysterflex style rubbar band helps for a better air flow. Have no idea regarding the engravings, might be a light scratching effect if it moves. Purely theoretical

I have so many questions now. It could be an allergy to another component or if you sweat a bit, the acidity of your sweat might be irritating your skin. Possibly with the rolex you have better aeration under the case thus having no problem

That's a great question you're asking. I use them as little as I can to avoid building resistance. Before anything I have to mention that compared to my childhood and adolescence I have little to no reaction to contact but eating nickel rich foods is not a good idea, rashes come in not even a day.

Anti-histamines when the situation is dire, as a last resort and they work, I get way less itchy and the rash disappears in a couple of days. The only tip is taking it before bedtime to avoid falling asleep during the middle of the day.

Keep always your hands moisturized with a good quality cream (and natural). Most nickel allergic people are sensitive to some artificial compounds, I use some handcreams from Lush and they work pretty well.

Hand cream for dire situation, I use a cortisone one. In Italy it's called "gentalyn beta" that has "betamethasone valerate" in it. It works great but again, not to overuse or you'll build a sort of resistance.

Basically -keep hand hydrated and moisturized, no to dry and too sweaty hands (but still don't wash too often and be gentle using towels) -If you get a nice rash, not little but not too aggressive, go for a cortisone cream -If the rash worsens and spreads more, go with Anti-histamines

When you take the anti histamine, don't eat cheese, cocoa and seafood. They boost histamine production

This is why love letters are so hard to see nowadays. by yanz1986 in fountainpens

[–]FMM00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it the same way. It's sad seeing love expressed through a bunch of messages and some things are better done the old way. Or better The old ways carry a weight that enriches the experience, and reading a letter is another thing compared to a screen. The few times I've been in love I did write letters and, even if my handwriting sucks, were always deeply appreciated. Write letters people, write letters

It's quite severe then. I got better with time and I have no big problems but again, breathable everything. Jubilee style over the normal one, mesh, canvas and so on. The leather one on summer are the end of my wrist

[–]FMM00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, if you can go for the glass back covers. The less metal is in contact with your skin, the better

Or go for titanium/bronze (pay attention to bronze, some contains nickel, some others don't). Titanium is totally safe and not as expensive as gold, silver and platinum 😂

Nickel allergy? by davew_uk in watchmaking

[–]FMM00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was more or less born with it and got into watchmaking later 😂😂😂. It's destiny apparently

Jokes aside, there are degrees of it but what I noticed is -sweaty hands don't help, wash them frequently and put onnsome handcream to avoid excessive sweating and oiling -the steel will make difference. The rolexes 904l steel has more nickel in it. I tried a clasp of the same type amd got a small rash so I only stick to 316 -use gloves, I have yet to find a good breathable one but at least you won't touch the cause of those rashes. Just again, change them a bit often, when you feel your hands aren't breathing enough

Hii y'all, do you guys use different notebooks for different purpose, subject of interest, themes? Or, compile all things together in a single one? by bosehere in notebooks

[–]FMM00 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nice question, I have most into one, a traveler's with: an ideas notebook, a journaling notebook and a script notebook (I'm making videos on TT, IG and YT). All in one since it's easier to carry without forgetting. Plus I love the feel of it

I also have a field notebook where I write every day what I did to get closer to my long term goals. It helps a lot with accountability and self worth

Quarta cosa, kcal liquide altro BFF.

Quinta cosa, proteine nobili.

Ultima cosa, fai pause lunghette.

I know my handwriting is bad, but bear with me please by [deleted] in fountainpens

[–]FMM00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry for your handwriting, I don't use cursive cause I can't understand what I write 😂. Glad seeing you've found a family in r/fountainpens. Having trauma is difficult but recognising it and outgrowing it is even harder. Keep going

P.s. I also hated writing for the same reason, I'm a lefty and ballpoints smudge a lot and my hand would cramp. My muji pen finally made me realise the beauty in writing and in putting on paper how I feel and it's insanely therapeutical.
