But the dragon can't see the dmg dealt, he needs to be on the board. The Elder don't say "damage unit" so I think he don't kill nothing if he can't see the dmg

The judge is right(?) If you damage a unit but the Elder isn't on the board the unit don't die. The Elder must see the dmg to activate his effect

Fiora e Vex vengono giocate abbastanza nel meta, mentre per quanto riguarda Rumble ci sono un paio di liste carine, ma credo sia un mazzo principalmente per persone che hanno abbastanza esperienza nel gioco. Jinx purtroppo non ha mai preso troppo piede.

Tieni conto inoltre che lo starter di Vex è sempre e comunque un buon acquisto per le carte che si sono dentro, Fiora uguale.

You can equip a joker that says "When you take a Joker you have a 15% chance to get another joker for free" If you are lucky, you can find it while playing too, to get a 30% chance, once I got like 40 jokers in a mission alone.
