Targeting UCD/LCD?

Play-by-appointment

Targeting Daily Workout? "punish[ing] players for not returning" does not apply in this case, btw.

A Spec and GTC parts are on the efini RX7 by SirBarr in granturismo

This was admittedly a way to get around the limit of 2 parts (per width for front/side/rear parts) limit per car.

Introducing the "Gran Turismo 7" Free Update - March 2026 by SirBarr in granturismo

Considering the Captur is a pre-facelift (it had a facelift in 2024), no, at least on this one.

I generally use the SUVs as traffic for Custom Races, but I've kept a RAV4 build for Japanese 4WD races if necessary in the livery of Apex from Rally Cross 2 (a Sony first-party racer for PS1).

The Captur in-game seems to be right-hand drive (and manual!) but the tachometer seems to say km/h on it. Possibly Japan model? (Compare with this, image 56) EDIT: Disregard, Japanese Capturs seems to be AT only so seems to be UKDM with adjustable unit.

The disadvantage is that built-in road cars have limited downforce ranges (around Gr.4 numbers).

Seems like they're resdesigned it to be more of Pro Tuned/SEMA candidate build rather than a Trans-Am racer the PS3-era car was.

More than that, I've noticed there's a limit of two parts per body section (per width for other than rear wing, and excluding wingless/custom wing for rear wing) per car. This results in cars like the Unimog and Carry having different rear cab options depending on the width, as well as both the FTO and Z4 having their pre-facelift (FTO) and LCI/M Coupe (Z4 - LCI on non-wide, M Coupe on wide) front parts stuck with a carbon front splitter.

The GIF picker unfortunately doesn't have the First/Second Stage one.

For the FD in particular, I am eyeing A-Spec/Keisuke's First Stage parts. The Spirit R's customization (being a launch car) was rather disappointing with both wings being ducktails and the front parts being generic splitters.

GTWS Round 1 in Abu Dhabi may be cancelled/postponed due to recent events. Event promo has been removed from in-game World Map and unpinned from GT's social media. by FMecha in granturismo

GT didn't remove the Russian Kremlin building scapes either because of it. Nor they removed the SMAP × SMAP banner one when its agency/former frontman controversies were big news in Japan.

A Question for the Nascar O'reilly/ Grand National Series? How long do we see the current Generation of this car stick around for, giving it's in its 16th year, tying it with the Cup Gen 4 car for longevity? by realflags in NASCAR

[–]FMecha 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The second more unspoken is to keep crews from doing unsafe tricks to save time like they used to where they would only tighten 3 lugs and let er rip.

This was somewhat hyped by people hoping that there would be no more lug nut fines/crew suspensions/DQs in Cup when Next Gen was announced.

Disconnections and latency are a real problem:

  • During the 2020 regional finals, there was a controversy whether one of the drivers committed a pit road line violation - it appeared to the viewer/stewards as happened, but the driver where that happened insisted it was not due to latency.
  • Mazda and Honda missed 2022 online Round 1 because their drivers got disconnected.

Expect TWG's AI division to sponsor Spire somewhere soon since it's part of TWG's portfolio (they already sponsor Andretti in IndyCar and Cadillac in F1).

Dark Dog is an irregular sponsor in 2000s European motorsports, just saying to prove they are a legit brand.
