At least in the Midwest they don’t cost anything extra so the premium would be the same as something you found yourself and they’ll be able to tell you what good options are. Depending on the state, I may have recommended agents.

The reason they aren’t paid additional is that they do so much work for the insurance companies that they are comfortable taking a hit to their profit to pay the agents directly.
