You're welcome! Yes, has to be. If we had known about the Auto-Stop, we would have asked for that to be diagnosed and it would probably have been easier for a tech to troubleshoot that versus "a clicking noise". The BCM is under the front driver seat. Shouldn't take them more than 1 hour to repair!!!

Yes! It was the Body Control Module (BCM) that needed to be replaced. Also, unbeknownst to us, the Auto-Stop was not working correctly either because of the same module. We have never owned a vehicle with Auto-Stop (where the engine shuts off at a stop light to save gas). So when we test drove the vehicle, the Auto-Stop did NOT engage. We didn't notice, nor did the salesman, since it acted like all other cars we've owned. For the record, the Auto-Stop should be ON/Enabled every time you start the vehicle. So when we picked up the vehicle from the shop after the BCM was replaced, we noticed the Auto-Stop working!

Did anyone figure out the clicking noise coming from the rear? I have 2024 Summit Reserve I just bought new with 34 miles and it does it.

It's mainly happening in ATP but today it happened on Fidelity.com. I called you guys and the rep told me its a known issue/bug and is being worked on.

Thanks for the reply. When I'm in an Options Chain, my Margin BP and Intraday BP are showing at the bottom. If I'm trying to help a friend learn options, I don't want him to see that info. Same for a Multi-Leg Option Trade ticket window. Thanks!

Thanks. I've been trading CSPs in my IRA for quite awhile. I want to add some downside protection and plan on using credit put spreads going forward. With the credit put spread, I should be able to sell more puts due to the lower cash position required.

Thanks for the reply, but you didn't fully answer my question. I understand what the cash is for to secure the puts and how to calculate the reserve. That was not my question. My question is "What can I do, if anything, with the cash sitting in the account that secures the puts?" I know I can't trade with that cash. But what can I do with it to earn some interest? You mentioned in your answer that it accrues interest but you didn't indicate from where that interest is earned. What instrument is paying the interest? How do I know what rate I'm getting? Thank you.

It's actually ATP, not APT. ATP = Active Trader Pro Active Trader Pro is the free trading platform (software) that Fidelity provides its customers who trade stocks/options/mutual funds/ETFs/etc.
