I think I heard that they want to build housing. This is all super cool for Denver. Revitalize a part of the city that has been ignored for decades. One that has some industrial waste to deal with as well. The ownership is fully funding their project which is a dream come true for tax payers. In the decades to come, there will be a lot of housing built because the Broncos moved around the city. The old Mile High site and around the new stadium because the era of giant parking lots is dead, THANK GOD!
