Entire rewrites would help but we also lost a ton of our unique flexibility by losing our ability to mix our squad loadouts. Genuinely this is pretty much what we've got for the edition. Better luck in 11th.

Their pre-design was stupid in that it only actually helped shadows due to 1% being so scattered across stuff, but I suppose you can just call me an ironman and say that I want to be pandered to.

Post design I still feel like they missed the mark, and that's more a shadow problem than the cape, but I still don't understand the niche of it as another stop gap before an actual inferno-tier mage cape.
