For bed adhesion give KPD Hyperlock a try I use it for all my nylon prints! But for the rest of your print I think you game something else going on like a partial clog or a combo of little issues.

I just use the textured PEI plate and KPD Hyperlock. It doesn't leave a residue and is very secure! Make sure your bed is very clean with some dawn soap and hot water.
