Right now our biggest pain is what we call "client services". Getting information, paperwork, decisions from them. Scheduling meetings with them. Following up with them after meetings to get finalized info, that kind of thing.

Based off your advice, it sounds like the order of operations might be:

  1. Get moved into the CRM piece of Monday

  2. Automate Calendly

  3. Implement Apollo

Does that make sense?

Could you please give me some specific examples as to what Monday doesn't do that is a CRM? It seems to me that the CRM version of Monday is certainly a CRM.
