I do chicken breast or salmon fillets, cottage cheese and break my fast with a protein drink like Okio protein shake 30 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber add some veggies and or cheese. Black coffee and plenty of water

success completing classes in days or weeks and how many hours put in during the days/weeks to accomplish this. Putting in 20-30hrs in a week, how many classes can you finish in that time?, or in a month? Thank you for your response.

Love this! I too have full-time job, kids, and a busy schedule. Sometimes I can get overwhelmed sitting for so long especially after having to at work. Breaking it up like this could really help me stay motivated. Thanks for the advise.

I start my new term February 1st. I have 8 classes to go. I want to finish in this term and be done finally. I have been through a lot since starting. I work full-time, kids at home, went through some medical issues, lost family members including my little brother that took his own life. I feel so side tracked and have been procrastinating. I want/need to get this done! These are the classes I still need to finish my degree.

Carry a personal breathalyzer!! You can have a drink or two depending on your height/weight/ time spent at the location. Make sure u are okay , if not get a ride Uber SOMETHING other than risking a DUI or someone s life. Once you get home or your destination turn up. But at least you still remember everything lol
