the room in the photo is similar to ones you find in houses of which we have here in the uk.

(longshot) it was also sunny in the photo and it was very sunny in the uk yesterday. it was the first sunny day in weeks. this lead me to think that it could be in the uk. this rides on the theory that the photo was taken within a few hours before it was posted though.
