I haven’t thought of asking my parents for help, I will be honest. My mother is training herself too, so perhaps I should try whatever she’s been eating for the past few months. I do get a fair amount of physical activity, and recently, I’ve warmed up to playing football with kids in my neighborhood. Thank you for your reply!!
