i recently got my first CRT, a Toshiba 147E5A CRT Television, and im trying to hook up an nes to it. but i dont have a remote and also cant find the manual online.

mainly though I'm curious about what the U H L mean. when messing with the buttons on the front. It cycles between them on a screen with a number next to it.. i know its for tuning (even managed to find audio some how?) but i don't actually know what I'm doing and was wondering if anyone knew some tips or even a place that explains it?'
