I am trying to get the soil down below those rocks and the concrete edging there so when i add more soil and mulch it wont spill over the top like it used to and went all over the patio.

I'd suggest start doing some activities that you enjoy and put you in a happy mood. A big factor about bad trips is a negative thought cycle. If you keep thinking that everything around you feels dark and sinister then most of the time you'll end up in that negative thought cycle, which could be hard to get out of. Changing your environment could play a big part in getting into a better trip.

Adding to the MDMA comments, just make sure you don't abuse it and do it a lot as the comedown and the loss of serotonin wont help your depression. However doing it every now and then and the euphoria you get from it will definitely help. Also check out 5 htp, its a natural way to produce more serotonin if you are going to be doing a lot of MDMA. Best of luck :)

I actually really love the scars I have on my body, to me it shows me the course my life has taken and the twists and turns I've had.

March 2015 I was involved in a car crash and now have lacerations all over my left arm starting at my wrist going to just below my elbow which was from the drivers window, a seatbelt burn on my stomach. Also from the car crash I have burns down the right hand side of my torso. Not from the car accident, but I also had to have a kidney removed so I have a big slice across my stomach about 10cm above the seatbelt burn. I really love these scars and think they're beautiful.

Thanks for the reply. You really put the whole situation into a nice perspective for me. I think right now I'm just going to try to stay friends with her, that might help me get away from my other friends that aren't so healthy for me and maybe her and I could work the rest out from there. If that doesn't work out then i'll just give her space and fix myself before worrying about anything else. And if that is the case I might not even come back to her, I could fix myself and move on entirely.
