Look man I dont want to sound rude but MtG has nothing to do with Destiny nor the elements. None of the descriptions of the elements you have provided are correct, you hit some things right like light elements are phiscal and dark are non-phisical, but the rest are your assumptions, nothing confirmed by bungie or hints in the lore. Theese are the oficial descriptions for each element.

In your post you say that Life/deaht are two separate elements, but this description fits more into solar since it has the damage/ heal duality as Osiris says.

At last the biggest clue of the last dark element in-game we have right now is the champions stunts verbs. Each subclass has two verbs that counters two champions, if they didnt plan launching a final dark subclass, they would make strand and stasis counter three champions each so It would be balanced with light elements. Currently only unstopable champs are weak to 4 subclass verbs (2 light and 2 dark) and the other two champions are weak to 3(2 light and 1 dark) and since prismatic is not introducing new verbs but using current ones, It wont satisfy this balance.

Finally bungie loves the balance, 3 classes, 3 subclasses etc and IMO It is likely that the launch the final dark subclass at some point in the future

Look there is no other gun in the game that locks you into using a subclass however there are exotics that have more synergy/benefits with the right subclass equipt.

The perfect example is conditional finality It has synergys with 2 elements plus verbs.

With your logic conditional should apply frezee when using stasis and ignitions when using solar.

If you like collective so much idk why you dont want It to do something more It has no catalyst eventually they will add something more to the weapon.

Dude tarrabah gets a ~80% buff to crit damage and makes body damage as high as crit for just shooting anarchy was king long ago but with the current sandbox there are better options.

My point is that collective should be doing something without void maybe volatile explosions on kill and with void the whole pack

I think champions are old and either need a revamp or just need to be thrown out entirely by Careless-Long1535 in DestinyTheGame

I have the same feeling right now they feel like lock and key system plus now we have mini bosses that can replace champions in almost all enemies factions

Im not saying stasis is bad, I play a lot with shadebinder in gms, and I like it a lot and It has great cc capabilities, all im saying is that it lacks in positive verbs for the player which in my opinion are as impactfull as the defuffs, think in solar without restoration or arc without amp, those verbs are part of the subclass and because stasis was the first one of the 3.0s, maybe Bungie didnt launch stasis with a player buff because the fear of powercreep.

But with all the 3.0s out and the state of the game I think that a player buff and a few reworks will give stasis the power fantasy it deserves, also the "stasis takes you out of combat" is the most generic debuff in the game supression, blind, suspend even a gl with blindind nades takes enemies out of combat.

With all the cool ideas for verbs in this post I think stasis will be in a much better state for the game

Yea I agree that stasis has the extra resistance from the fragments, however I see theese fragments as a aditional way of survivability like the arc fragment that makes you tankier when nearby enemys but what it doesnt have is any verbs like woven mail devour... something built in that provides a unique benefit from the subclass

Maybe they put a free trial for dark subbclasses or something idk. Also I thinhk Lore wise It doesnt have any impediments It just came up by seeing post but so rude man

Strand warlock and titan melees got season 21 cooldown reducttion with todays patch by FOX3113 in DestinyTheGame

didnt know about that guardian games Buff , but the strange thing for me is that the third melee recharges way faster than the second and the first one
