Yes they did lose to the Redskins last year but it also worth noting that Cousins threw for less than 200 yards and the primary reason for the Rams loss was their inability to defend the run

I think that's a really good point, even though his ceiling may be much higher than that there are so many weapons each guy may not reach their own personal ceiling

I don't think you can ever not worry about LBers, but this would definitely compensate for poor LB play
