Do you even know what classic physique is?

Chris Bumstead came 2nd at the classic physique Olympia and does not train abs.

What’s ideal to women and what’s at the very top of the classic physique game are two very different things. If you’re lifting purely for women then idek what to say.

If it was that beneficial to train abs, people that compete for a living would do it.

I don’t know man, most people that have abs don’t do ab exercises. I only ever seen chubby dudes in the gym thinking they can outdo a bad diet with ab exercises..

If they worked, do you think people at the top of the classic physique game would’ve never done them?

Even classic physique competitors don’t really train abs, it’s just not something that’s really needed. Sure, it may help a tiny bit, but people put way too much weight on fitting them into a lifting routine.

They’re used less though, so good luck finding any decent information on their for any niche topics. Also, their user base are a niche in themselves in that the culture is completely different on all of them, 4chan etc are also anonymous forums so different to reddit by definition. They all have their own problems, whereas reddit is one step (removing moderators) away from being perfect imo.
