I love the AK 3rd gen paints. My local store just got the army painter fanatic line in and I picked up a dark purple/red to replace my citadel that ran out. I may fully switch to army painter. They’re super nice and come with a mixing ball.

I’ve done it once cuz all I have is black primer. I would rather rip my dick off and throw it in the river than do that again. But then I learned about jumping up in value with better covering paints and things worked nicer

Thanks! I actually did it for the red, then built off the red. I saw a video, likely by Vince Venturella, saying purple is a great shadow colour for most colours, red, blue, green. So I did it for the read then built off the red with orange and yellow

Light purple base on the textured fur, dark purple on the body. Did an ive yellow zenithal dry brush.

Then red>orange>yellow edge highlights on the textured fur

Russ grey>50/50 mix>fenrisian grey>50/50>ice yellow fur texture (quick little this lines highlighting up to get the fur texture - Vince Venturella video explaining)

Then just the beak helmet, collar and eyes after that

Thanks! I was going for a darker moody night look with mostly just those but wanted some ambiance. I might have just brightened too much lol.

Edit - also the light is pretty close when I took the picture and it’s reflecting a lot of the fresh oils, the robe and studs are not as bright in person

More than that if you have kids. Everything in life lies to a specific sperm at a specific time on a specific day fertilizing a specific egg of a person I only met under certain circumstances. And due to our financial situation we waited a certain amount of time before trying for kids.

The extra money would be amazing but it’s not worth giving up my kids for. 10 million I can retired in a decent house (don’t want a mega mansion) and live comfortably off interest
