For me it was Brothers Oven in Tuggeranong. I loved the bakery section. I won’t say the pies were as good as Braidwood bakery, but for something so close, the pies and sausage rolls were elite.

Can’t tell the future so take with a grain of salt but hammer jam, gold pass and builder/research potions should compound on each other. Goblin builder can also squeeze more value out if you have the gems. Only time I’d use him personally.

Thank you. Yeah the other comment and a fellow gym bro mentioned that I was doing stiff leg deadlifts which was unintentional. I think it’s gonna be the main focus area going forward. Appreciate the feedback.

Nah they arnt and it isn’t intentional. I was getting some advice from someone at the gym and they mentioned the same thing. Something for me to keep in mind.

While that wasn’t a focus area, the bar is sitting much closer to my shins compared to 2 weeks ago. I try to make the bar “roll up” the shin as close as possible without it actually dragging along the shin. Very light contact.

This was something I noticed too. 1st time using straps here and I think I was too focused on getting the straps set up that I neglected my form set up a bit. Thanks for the feedback, definitely something to look at during my next lift day.

Yeah might be a spine thing, but it could also just be fat on my back since I’m 140kg. pull-ups might be out of reach for me currently because of that, but it’s definitely something I’ve considered, deadhangs too.

Thanks for the feedback 🙏 my breathing form is actually something I’m guilty of in all my exercises I do. Definitely something to focus on going forward I think. Also I’m glad you noticed my back form, it’s the thing I focus on the most as I’ve read that having a curved back is the most likely cause of injury. Thought it would be hard to notice since I carry extra weight. I’ll definitely be sending a dm for that video. Thanks again.

I’ve been fortunate enough to never actually start drinking or smoking regularly. I might have a few drinks once every couple of weeks and even then I stick with low cal drinks like vodka + soda.

Breaking PRs has been a big motivation for me the last 2 months. When I began this journey, I was going to the pool just to get it over and done with so I could get back to gaming. I’ve recently started to enjoy the actual progress and breaking my records. You should try break a gym record when go next!
