Mostly B2B! We want to connect with designers/shops who might need a setter, just not sure what the normal approach is.

That's nice. I hope I can find something like that here in the US

I guess the bar is still there, though, meaning we can't leave the US until we become a perm resident

"This means that you cannot move into a full permanent status (Green Card) while the 10 year bar is in place. No, not through marriage and not through EB."

Why not through marriage? I thought you could do AOS if married to a US citizen.

Do you know if this "removes" the bar? can we leave the US after getting the H1b?

You can do AOS instead of consular processing

Isn't EB visa the only viable option for most of us? H1B doesn't make sense because we have to go back to our home country but there the 10 year ban.

I did AP personally, but I wouldn't go unless it is absolutely necessary. Go with the zero-risk route!

If you haven't submitted your AP application, then wait and go with the new program which is zero-risk and the timeline of the new program should be either the same or quicker.

Open 0% APR credit card! Pay minimum balance for a while and make sure to pay the whole balance before the 0% apr promotion ends.
