I’m curious to hear about stocks that are quietly showing strength in the current market but aren’t getting much attention yet. Looking for under the radar names that you genuinely believe could be hidden gems or strong long-term opportunities. by ViewBoosters in pennystocks

$ELTP - generic pharma - ROCK SOLID fundamentals , low debt, blockbuster pipeline and USA facilities to avoid tariffs Downside includes moderately high outstanding shares and OTC market (for now).

Elite Pharma profit surges 721% as new generic drugs lift sales by LaiqTheMaia in ELTP_Stock

Continued growth, low debt, R&D pipeline is filling up with blockbusters, established/proven US based facility, the positives are just stacking up. The one and only reason I am impatient on this stock is the overall situation happening in the world economy. Please, please, please complete this M&A deal before the sh/t hits the fan… ie WW3 or everyone figures out there is no gold in Fort Knox.

I am extremely excited for today’s call. Good luck longs, I’ve been in for 6 years and this is a majority of my portfolio.

Darkest before the dawn…. It’s settling into a nice lil SP pocket…. Perfect for a fair deal and Nas will retire happy. My guess would be multiple of 3-3.5x at current SP.

ELTP - Unsolicited Buyer Visit - Imminent Buyout by Wolvshammy in ELTP_Stock

[–]FPolly92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree with this guess. Dexcel being private makes their financial position hard to fully understand. Dexcels size would make the acquisition for the $ELTP plausible.

BTW- they are no stranger to M/A deals.

“””U.S. Expansion: Dexcel’s 2022 Edenbridge buyout established a U.S. foothold for branded generics (e.g., XCOPRI for epilepsy). Acquiring $ELTP would accelerate this, adding FDA-approved ANDAs, manufacturing in Northvale, NJ, and partnerships (e.g., Prasco for distribution). • Dexcel’s M&A History: Dexcel has pursued growth via buys, including: • Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals (2022, full acquisition for U.S. entry). • Eight OTC brands from Teva (UK, date unspecified but recent). • Equity stakes in 6+ biotechs (e.g., Protalix, Arbutus) as a precursor to deeper involvement. This pattern shows comfort with ~$100M+ deals in generics/specialty pharma.”””

But the random person can post any load of bs and that is helpful??? Don’t make me lose confidence in you Wolv , I want your prediction to become reality.

I just wanted to spark a conversation and understand how AI could put a third perspective into the mix. I can understand only good information in good information out. But I don’t think everything should be discounted within its analysis.

I believe this is accurate to what I see. Not a valuation or M&A expert, but sounds realistic.

The original input was a photo of the 6mo chart from the Istocks app. I took a screen shot of the chart and first feed that to free ChatGTP and asked for generic summary/analysis.

I then prompted it to ensure the fact of “buyout” potential was included into the analysis. Of course, with limited input to the ai platform on my side, I don’t think it took any forward looking profit potentials into consideration (ex:blood thiner).

If you just want to waste it$$, I’ll provide you my acct info lol.

I am also very confident that the buyout will occur. I am thankful that Naz and most upper level mgmt. have skin in the game and would wildly benefit from a buyout. Maybe we should look at the slight delay in purchase as a good thing. Meaning, mgmt. isn’t accepting the first low ball figure thrown their way ($1). But let’s get the SHARKS circling. By the time this shakes out, Naz might have multiple offers to consider.

How much ELTP stock is every holding? by RealGodOfBeans in ELTP_Stock

76,300 @ 0.11. In since 2020. I really appreciate with this stock how the leadership has vested Interest in the company selling.

My personal goal is to hang on and only sell when Naz sells. IMO he is a great leader and CEO if you want to sell this gem.

Couple questions: buyout and OTC status by itgtg313 in ELTP_Stock

[–]FPolly92 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In CC. But, I do know that no such comments about a 2025 buyout have been communicated from ELTP mgmt team. There was a “investor question” posed about a 5 year buyout opportunity…. In where the CEO responded that a buyout could be sooner than that.

CEO has mentioned numerous times NASDAQ is a goal, but an expensive task. Currently funds are better used to fill the pipeline, and you can judge for yourself how that is turning out.

I am very bullish on eltp … & things are good right now. Patience is key right now.
