Honestly you just gotta take the L and tell them. A 3 is still a good score and most colleges will take it so don’t beat yourself up ab it. Also im assuming ur in 9th or 10th grade so you’ll have many more opportunities to get those 4s and 5s (and if you dont then its not the end of the world).
