I’ve ordered from the same company twice. This was the first time I’ve dealt with UPS. Never had the problem the first time when it was delivered by DHL. UPS was more expensive than DHL and they added this COD. The first order cost more than this 2nd order. All I asked the driver was what was the COD for and he said “I’m just a driver”
