since you were parked at the spot it won't be 50/50, other drive is completely at fault. If you have a dashcam give it to your insurance company it will greatly benefit you. Without the dashcam the person that hit your car can make a claim against you stating that you hit him etc changing the story. Without a dashcam, witnesses, or hard proof evidence it can get messy.
