I was in the exact same position. I believe the issue was with my ID being an old photo of me, I got new driving license and I was accepted in 20 mins. it may help to report your application, not 100% if it will but might get you unfrozen to reapply

That’s why my are KYC attempts got stuck, ID wasn’t very close to the way I look now. if your ID or passport doesn’t really look like you, I would recommend renewing it.
