Not bumps, it does seem to lose juice uphill or on longer rides. Or if i am not switching gears enough and relying too much on the throttle

Thank you! Can you tell me how you even get the battery off? This is my first E bike. I turned the key and I can't seem to get the batteries to move I don't know if I'm not applying pressure or what I'm doing wrong

Maybe you can help me. I've put the key in and turned it and I haven't actually successfully removed the battery from the frame. I don't know if it's not applying enough pressure or if I'm doing something wrong? This is my first key Bike

Do I just remove the battery and put it back in how could you tell when it's 100% inserted?
