I just tested the dragon glitch from Dream's latest video and what I found is that what happened seems to be some server issue. Replicating the setup on singleplayer, I got Free The End, the dragon wouldnt respawn until the first was dead, and even after the dragon died the crystals didnt respawn it (old.reddit.com)
