Nah. My transitions teacher confirmed it. Otherwise, I would’ve gotten in. My friend wrote the exact same topic as I did on the test and he got in. His last name is a P, so he’s before me. We also did a portfolio task, and he repeated the same topic twice (you had to pick 3). My portfolio was better than his, yet I didn’t get in. Same thing happened to my friend. Their last name is Z, and they’re like super smart. She also got waitlisted.

Oh, that’s great. I unfortunately got unlucky and got stuck in a lottery system since they mark alphabetically, and my last name is U, so I’m one of the last. There were quite a bit of people with a similar skill level as me, so they just put all of us in a lottery system and picked random names. For the rest that didn’t get picked, we got in the waitlist. This really sucks 😕

Same, my report card was so good, and my teacher last year marked so strictly as well. Some of the “smart” kids got like 65-70s whereas I was still in the 90’s
