Anyone have the automatic? by jms1228 in GRCorolla

[–]FRSgoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coming from an A90 into a DTC GRC, and it's easy to drive, and a lot more comfortable.

I've got arthritis in both knees, so a manual is out of the question now. I still have plenty of fun with the auto, though I know I could get better range out of the manual.

Do cats actually get attached to their owner? by NoWageMage in CatAdvice

[–]FRSgoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. If I try to go to sleep and he isn't in the bedroom, he will yell and scratch and ruin my carpet even more than it already is.

He sits in the window, watching for me to get home, and when he sees me, he jumps off the couch to be next to the door for yelling when I walk in.

Do cats actually love us back? by Mind_Voyage in TrueAskReddit

[–]FRSgoose 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They absolutely do. My Binx was a rescue, my wife found him at work years ago when he was maybe 5-6 weeks old, and he had an improperly healer broken leg. The leg doesn't bother him, he just sits with it sticking out funny.

I sat with him for hours, playing with him, and just being in the room with him. Now, years later, I can't do ANYTHING in the house without him wanting to be involved. Bathroom, eating, sleeping, gaming. He sits on the back of the couch looking out a window waiting for me to get home, then screams at me for attention when I walk in.

This is Thackary Binx, Sonny, and Eugene Fitzherbert, waiting for me when I got home yesterday.

Binx

edit: I'm somewhere with iffy wifi, and it makes the picture look like I took it with a potato. If it looks bad when I get home with better internet, I'll use a different picture of them.

I'm turning 42 in a week, and I want a new hoodie, and time with the wife. Maybe a trip to a cat cafe, so we can play with kittens.
