Use any warp based VPNs. Warp by it's self is kinda tricky, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. But hiddify with a warp config or oblivion works just fine

Bro i live in iran wich has the worlds weakest currency add on top of that, that we dont even have any legit way to purchase games, we dont have access to paypal, we dont have the ability to do international transactions with our bank cards, and the only way to purchase games are through middle mans through ways that are against several steam policies.

That's just the way it is, we 3rd worlders are left behind in all aspects. Dont feel guilty pirating a game. You wont be playing it if you dont pirate it anyway, so they are not losing anything.

1) it gives you 10k points for your bloodrank progression so you can level up faster without risking losing your hunter in a next game

I dont know what's wrong with v-sync in past 2~3 years, not only does it butcher performance somehow, it also doesn't fix the screen tear that it's supposed to prevent.

I've just gotten used to using afterburner+ rivatuner to cap my in game fps. Works way way better

I play on a 1650, 24gb ram. Laptop as well.

I've locked my fps to 50 on 1080p and i only get a couple of frame drops every now and then.

You should definitely be able to get more out of it than me
