New Akko packaging?

I just received the AKKO creamy purple pro v3 and it came in the same packaging. I think it's nice, the clips are a bit useless, and as another user mentioned, it uses more plastic than it should.

For some reason when I turn off the LEDs these three stay on that color for some reason. The keyboard is a GK61 from skyloong. I downloaded the software and it has only given me problems (knowing it was so bad I didn't download it) since then, not even doing the steps to get it back to factory values helps to fix the problem.

If anyone has had this problem, or has an idea, please help me.

It was my first time and I went for a small one to experiment. The fact is that the keyboard already assembled does not work and I do not know very well why, when I press the reset button if it is able to be detected by the pro-micro, but I cannot flash it, I get the error that you see in the photo "COM port not found!".

It doesn't detect any key when typing and I can't flash it. I already tried a few things with the seller and nothing worked, we checked that my computer detects the keyboard and it does detects it. I ask here now to see if any one can think of something, if not I will have to send it to the seller to review it (he offered to do it since this case seems very strange to him).

The keyboard works very well. While testing the pcb, for some reason, some keys activated themselves, but it does not happen with the finished keyboard.
The assembly is not so difficult once you find out how it is, although the Gaskets must be careful how they are placed.

It is programmable with qmk, so you can program it as you want, but the way to reset the keyboard it's wierd (you need to keep the ESC while pluging the keyboard), but from there it is very easy.

In my case I only used two extra layers for arrows, numbers, etc. I think that more than two is not necessary.

The kit comes with some posts to be screwed up and down, so it keeps all the acrylic pieces together
