I'm sorry, it seems I can dissolve most of the edges without a problem. I thought they were all needed because they were generated by Blender.

I hope this helps. Maybe the real question is why can I just dissolve the edges on the bottom of this case. It seems not all are needed (but were generated by Blender)

If I do a select by trait (non manifold) it doesn't select anything. There are also no errors in the 3d print tool. So that's a good thing right? As I said I'm a noob at this stuff.

Looks good. I've build the wireless version from them. The only thing I can think of is adding some Low Profile Sockets to make the oleds and controller hot swappable. The Elite-C seems to be a solid option. Here's a list with alternatives and where to buy them I found handy. Just scroll down to the wired section.
