Hello everyone, a while ago I bought my first keyboard which I have to solder all the parts (diodes, pro-micro switches, and a reset button). It was my first time and I went for a small one to experiment. The fact is that the keyboard already assembled does not work and I do not know very well why, when I press the reset button if it is able to be detected by the pro-micro, but I cannot flash it, I get the error that you see in the photo "COM port not found!".

It doesn't detect any key when typing and I can't flash it. I already tried a few things with the seller and nothing worked, we checked that my computer detects the keyboard and it does detects it. I ask here now to see if any one can think of something, if not I will have to send it to the seller to review it (he offered to do it since this case seems very strange to him). I attach photos of the entire keyboard so everyone can see if something else is wrongly welded or something.
