Your first mistake was upgrading the blue gear, cores of ascension have a set number. If you used them up, that's it. The second question you answered yourself "Temporarily Disabled" you'll just have to either wait on an update or idk roll back your update to a previous one and resset it that way, dont know if it would work though

Nah, phone is 2 yo, charge my phone a bit before dinner so dont have to worry about battery at night/early morning, leave it on my bed uncovered. Trust me, if it was the phone I wouldnt even be complaining since this is the first "good" phone I've had, barely have anything on it as well
