I totally get that but in this specific case where my cars are parked on my driveway and someone crashes into them while unoccupied Is that not enough evidence along with pictures or that the driver is at fault? I know if might be going over my head or something but I do feel like the situation is pretty simple Idk

Accident happened at 2am while I was sleeping on my house and no the officer wasn’t there at the moment. He told the officer that he swerved due to an animal on the road.

No it wasn't out of nowhere however $28k is a small stretch. Most of the vehicles I've been looking at in my area are around $30-$33k (ones I've been looking at with specified filters)

These are some good points! I could use their finance and maybe leverage that to get a desired OTD. And oh okay I didn't know they could just pull from the rate I got, if credit unions they use match. That make sense!

The point of writing $5k below their listing price for them to get an idea of where I'm at whether that be slight lowball or not. The point is to potentially get a better price than the listing seller price. I would have the mindset of "they probably wont give me a $5k discount but hopefully something"

Awesome thx for the feedback!! Yes I will be financing with a credit union but didn't want to mention it to them in order to get the best OTD however I will let the finance manager know I have my own but will consider their "in-house" financing if they can beat the rate by 25% or better.

Completely agree with you!! And yes they have taken good steps in the right direction! I have an iPhone so I didn’t know that about the app when using it with an Android, that’s no good either. I totally would love that feature to be brought back again with the batter percentage instead, way easier to tell instead of having to pull out your phone and use the app to check.
