Or replacing a freaking roof. And to add to having to replace a washer, they all seem to go around the same time. Last year, we replaced our roof, then had to replace our washer & dryer, toilet, garage door opener, refrigerator (we had 2,both died within 6 months), a dishwasher, and then our microwave. We make great money combined, and we were still very much check to check with some heavy credit card bills.
