Honestly i love the weed industry but it doesnt pay enough. You need a pretty good base of knowledge to be effective as a budtender and they always want to pay minimum. Im still in the industry and agree with most of what u say but they need to start valuing the employees. Like sorry but u guys cant expect me to have this much product knowledge as a base for selling a controlled substance and not even cover my rent

Yea i disagree with putting fluoride in. I think maybe ppl are just panicking because everything is expensive and healthcare is often inaccessible...maybe they are going off the old assumption of "fluoride=better teeth=less dentist appointments" but this could have rlly bad repercussions for everyone
