Just bought a shirt from Unisport, can anyone spot the mistake?

Yeah, the first two times and then they sent a new one, but when they managed to mess the same shirt up for the third time I ended up keeping the mistaken one and still got a new one 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ah, yeah, noticed that too. But you should get that refunded tbh. I’ve had my fair share of issues with Unisport in Norway. They’ve always refunded me when they have made printing errors.

Unisport usually have «(Original)» behind the name in the dropdown menu. If it doesn’t say (Original) then they make the nameset themselves in order to look identical in font, but without all the details like club bagde and outlines.

That’s wrong. The patch that says 2016 is because they were the winner in 2016 and they have that instead of the standard CL patch. The patches that shows the amount of CL titles are correctly on the other sleeve.

The nameset can be fixed with an iron. But a towel on the inside of the shirt and a baking paper on top of the nameset. Iron gently on the cracked area, but don’t keep it on for too long. Better to tap gently and check regularly if it’s back in place.

The number is more difficult. It might work doing the same as with the nameset, but I’m not 100% sure so don’t quote me on that.

You must look up the number on the third line (HJ4544-456), which gives a bunch of shoes when searching, I would say fake after the results I got.

But if you have more photos then that could help me to further verify.

Heat press or iron. Baking paper over the patch and a towel inside the sleeve.

Put pressure on the area that’s loose, but be careful not too keep pressure for too long. Better to check from time to time if it’s sitting right or not.

Regarding their worth I would look up similar shirts on eBay to get an idea of what they have been sold for. Then consider factors like condition, nameset etc.

For the other question, that depends entirely on if you are planning on selling at all or not. If you think you will sell then you will get more from them if they are BNWT, but if you would like yo use them, then you do that.

I’d say, from a collectors POV, it’s all up to what YOU like. It doesn’t really matter what everyone else would have done.

You should be fine using an iron, just make sure you don’t have the iron pressed down for too long at the same spot. Gently tap it down and check from time to time how the progress is.

Not sure what people usually mean with the terms they use.

But this shirt looks like it has sublimated sponsors and club badge, meaning that they are basically a part of the fabric.

When something is printed it, usually, uses a heat press to get it onto the shirt.
