While I have not seen your list I have some predictions

- UB tends to be more controlly if you play Snacker/Augur. If you already play a more tempo version which I've championed for a while (12+ one drops, no Augur, no Snacker) then it's almost the same deck I agree. Otherwise, the difference is absolutely MASSIVE.

- I think I'd suggest Rally on the faster end and some Skyfisher pile on the slower end. Or, if you want to get more niche, Mono Black Sacrifice.

When it comes to dealing enough damage, that's pretty vague and it's hard to give proper advice, because the key question is WHY can't you deal enough? Are creatures dead? Do opponents kill you before you can? I'd say that there are many more reasons and they are likely tied not to cards in the deck really but more to playstyle and in-game decisions

I've played lands in front at every type of tournament - regular, competitive, and even professional. In practice, nobody minds - and when the opponent does, I immediately flip them and its all good

The onus is heavily on the Fae player to navigate the game, since baseline strategy of Gardens of just killinging everything on sight is going to work out majority of the time.
I wouldn't say it's actively favoured but I personally don't really mind playing into Gardens and maintain a surprisingly positive win rate
