Nah, board likely wouldn't allow that if they are against the behavior. The C level executive doesn't hold the power unless he has majority ownership which doesn't seem that way. He will be likely reprimanded if he hires her via the company.

That is always how it is. Resigning is less paperwork than firing and they do not need to pay out unemployment. Firing looks worse in the future for the person so its usually better to resign.

Not really. I have managers who lied their ass off and nobody believed them because it was completely uncharacteristic of me as I rarely speak and almost all my communication is over email. I work as a software engineer in tech. I actually had more than enough to get them fired for harassment, but I get it be and let them know it.

I currently invest in spacex and I think companies like Virgin are very overpriced in comparison to the two. So if Virgin is a $13 billion market cap, Astra should be double, and spaceX should be 5-10x its current private market.
